Refund Policy

We want you to love your jewelry! If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Customized or personalized jewelry.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at sales@fashionsbygigi.com with your order number.
  2. Wait for approval and return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us.
    Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your item.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
